Yesterday was quite the day for Tee Health and Beauty, with Thabi (the owner) successfully getting the salon listed on Groupon – the local deals website that Google recently tried to buy. No wonder she’s just been nominated for Female Entrepreneur ofThe Year!
Throughout the day we had hundreds and hundreds, then thousands of visitors visiting the site, checking out our services and taking a closer look at our salon. Our web designer kept a close watch on the site throughout the day to make sure it was always available, even adding extra technology beforehand, ready for the deluge of traffic!
As a result of being on Groupon, we sold almost 500 additional male grooming packages – wow! So we’re now looking forward to meeting our 500 men over the coming weeks.
